Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach Pelham School District – Pelham High School, Pelham, New Hampshire Job Description Join our team as a Girls Varsity Volleyball Coach! The Pelham School District serves more than 1,600 students across three schools. As a coach, you will help students achieve academic success while competing in interscholastic volleyball. Responsibilities Accountable for team culture and conduct of assistants, players, and officials. Establish fundamental philosophy, skills, and techniques for the coaching staff. Manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions to promote growth in athletic skills, teamwork, discipline, respect, and sportsmanship. Adhere to injury procedures established by the athletic department. Take all necessary precautions to protect student athletes, equipment, materials, and facilities. Support student participation in other school activities and communicate expectations with colleagues. Develop a program at the high school, town, and community levels by connecting with middle school and youth programs. Preferred Qualifications Prior high school varsity or junior varsity coaching experience. CPR/First Aid certification. NFHS certification. Knowledge of coaching techniques and procedures. Knowledge of NHIAA rules. Demonstrated ability to instruct, lead, and supervise student athletes. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. What We Offer This is a part‑time seasonal position paid by a stipend. Stipends are paid twice per season—mid‑way and at the conclusion. This role does not qualify for benefits.
