Interim HealthCare is seeking an exceptional RN to provide dedicated one-on-one nursing care for a medically complex pediatric client in her home. About Your Client You’ll be caring for a bright, engaging young girl who thrives with a team that supports her growth, comfort, and well‑being. Her care needs include: Developmental delays Deafness Non‑verbal communication G‑tube feedings Seizure monitoring and management As part of her dedicated care team, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment while providing skilled nursing care tailored to her individual needs. Schedule Per Diem Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–5:00 PM No holiday requirement What You’ll Do Provide skilled one‑on‑one nursing care in the home setting. Administer medications and treatments according to the care plan. Monitor for seizure activity and respond appropriately. Manage G‑tube feedings and related care. Assess and document patient status and changes in condition. Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary care team. Support the client’s comfort, safety, and quality of life. Minimum of one year of nursing experience within the past five years preferred. Home care or pediatric experience preferred. Current CPR certification required (renewal classes provided by Interim HealthCare). Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills.
