Registered Nurse – Nursing

Schedule: Varied Shifts

Assignment Details:

• Contract Weeks: 13
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Current RN license required
• Basic Life Support certification required
• Basic Dysrhythmia preferred or to be obtained prior to orientation completion
• Crisis Prevention Institute (CPI) training preferred or to be obtained prior to orientation completion

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care to patients within an assigned unit and execute medical orders.
• Document comprehensive clinical information, including care plans.
• Communicate patient information to ensure continuity of safe care through established reporting protocols.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with other departments to enhance patient outcomes.
• Educate patients using culturally competent materials and serve as a preceptor for new nurses.

Compliance / Notes:

• Up to 16 hours of unpaid orientation may be required.
• The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 3 shifts per 13-week contract.
