As a Team Lead, you'll play a critical role in supporting both the individuals we serve and the staff who provide direct care. Meaningful Work That Matters Make a Difference Every Day Support Individuals and Families Mentor and Develop Staff Build Meaningful Relationships Join a Mission-Driven Organization What You'll Do Provide first-line supervision, coaching, mentoring, and support to direct care staff. Organize, schedule, and distribute work assignments among team members. Maintain a direct service caseload and provide direct support services as needed. Coordinate and oversee medical appointments, including attending appointments when necessary. Communicate with medical providers regarding the health and wellness needs of individuals served. Maintain positive relationships with family members, guardians, staff, and program leadership. Participate in person-centered planning meetings and ensure implementation of support plans. Coordinate training plans and ensure accurate and timely documentation. Monitor progress notes, daily documentation, and monthly reviews. Communicate regularly with service coordinators and interdisciplinary team members. Prepare and submit reports and required program documentation. Help ensure compliance with agency policies and regulatory requirements. Support continuous quality improvement initiatives. Who We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Compassionate Dependable Patient Team-Oriented Service-Focused Professional Positive Committed to Helping Others Qualifications Required Current Certified Psychiatric Rehabilitation Practitioner (CPRP) Certification Valid Driver's License In addition, one of the following: Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services field such as sociology, special education, rehabilitation, nursing, counseling, psychology, or a related field OR Associate Degree and three (3) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities OR High School Diploma or GED and five (5) years of experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities Preferred Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Experience working within behavioral health, psychiatric rehabilitation, or community support programs Schedule Full-Time Flexible schedule based on program needs Evening and weekend availability may occasionally be required Local travel may be required to support individuals and attend appointments Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend, reach, and climb stairs as needed Ability to push, pull, kneel, stoop, crouch, and perform repetitive movements Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation About Our Organization Resources for Human Development (RHD) is part of the Inperium family of companies.
