Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member

As a Customer Service Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jana Fong - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We look forward to connecting with you if you are a customer-focused and empathetic team member we are searching for. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
Train and mentor customer service representatives.

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years experience working in a State Farm agency.
Must be licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
Leadership and organizational skills.
Communication and problem-solving abilities.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
Our office is located in Havertown, PA.
Our office is open Mon-Friday 9am-5pm.
We have over 30 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
Our agency has received awards including: Ambassador Travel and Legion of Honor
Additional languages spoken: Korean
