Compensation: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
• Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
• Train and mentor customer service representatives.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years experience working in a State Farm agency.
• Must be licensed in both Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Communication and problem-solving abilities.
