About the Role As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our Day Program , you'll provide direct care, supervision, and encouragement to adults with autism in a structured, engaging environment. You'll help participants develop independence, build life skills, and enjoy meaningful daily experiences while supporting their health, safety, and personal goals. Responsibilities Providing direct care, supervision, and individualized support Assisting with personal care and activities of daily living Administering and documenting medications Teaching and reinforcing life skills Providing transportation to community activities and appointments Maintaining accurate documentation Creating a structured, engaging, and supportive daily environment Schedule Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule with evenings and weekends free.
