OnSite Specialist - Falls Church, VA
$24.82 - $33.58 per hourStryker Corporation
Stryker seeks an Endoscopy OnSite Specialist to support surgical teams in the Falls Church, VA area by preparing and maintaining surgical equipment, troubleshooting devices, and collaborating with clinical staff. The role is field-based with rotating shifts and requires CRCST certification within six months.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, manage, and maintain surgical equipment and disposables for procedures
- Support operating room teams during procedures by providing timely equipment assistance
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures, equipment usage, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with surgeons, OR personnel, and biomedical staff to deliver excellent service
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work rotating schedules including on-call and overnight shifts
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs frequently
- Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to travel and provide coverage at multiple accounts
Compensation: $24.82–$33.58 USD hourly
