– Greet and room patients, ensuring a positive and professional patient experience – Support front and back office tasks, including scheduling appointments and answering phone calls – Take vital signs and assist with patient assessments – Draw blood and perform venipuncture procedures with precision and care – Administer vaccines and provide clinical support as needed – Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR) and support health education efforts – Cultivate a collaborative relationship with healthcare staff to ensure seamless patient care delivery – Assist in ensuring compliance with clinical safety and cleanliness standards

– Minimum of 1 year of medical assistant experience, including externships – Proficiency in phlebotomy/venipuncture and electronic medical records (EMR) documentation – Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills – Ability to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff – Strong computer skills and familiarity with clinical workflow management

– A Medical Assistant Certification is strongly preferred – Experience in blood draws, vaccine administration, and EMR systems required – Attention to detail and effective communication skills essential for success – Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in primary care or outpatient settings – Schedule flexibility to support a variety of shifts, including weekdays and possibly some weekends – Candidates should be committed to contributing to health education and outreach initiatives
