Ansell is looking for a Customer Success Advocate to join our team in Iselin, NJ!


This role supports Ansell's largest and most strategic customers by delivering an exceptional buying experience and leveraging customer insights to identify opportunities that drive growth, strengthen relationships, and maximize customer value.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $95,000 US Dollars per year. Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.


What your role will be?

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key White Glove and High-Potential (HiPo) customers.
• Analyze customer data, service trends, and performance metrics to enhance the buying experience and drive continuous improvement.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities through customer insights, purchasing patterns, and market analysis.
• Lead cross-functional account planning initiatives, aligning stakeholders across Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Digital, and other teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic customers, proactively resolving issues and fostering collaboration.
• Coordinate customer engagement activities, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing relationship management.
• Promote the adoption of Ansell's technology and digital solutions to maximize customer value, revenue growth, and data sharing.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback, providing actionable insights to support product, service, and business improvements.

What will you bring to Ansell?

Education & Job Experience

• 3+ years' experience in a Customer Success, Customer Service, Digital Marketing role or similar position.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong listening, analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
• Advanced analytical capabilities with a data-driven mindset.
• Project management experience, with the ability to coordinate and execute initiatives effectively.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience with order management and ERP systems; Oracle experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and lead projects of moderate complexity.
