This family has two independent, schedule-oriented kids, ages 15 and 11, whose after-school routines are filled with homework, sports, and dance. Your role will focus on ensuring they get where they need to be—on time and prepared. While the kids are in school, you’ll manage their laundry, tidy and organize their rooms, and assist with general household organization. The family has well-established systems and routines, so they’re looking for someone who can step in seamlessly, maintain structure, and take initiative when needed.
