[HIRED] Long-term Role for Engaging Nanny/Family Assistant

Are you an experienced nanny looking for your next long‑term job? Grow with this close‑knit family in McLean, VA who have a 4 year old, 2 year old, and are expecting their third. The ideal candidate for this role is kind but firm and is committed to helping raise children who are independent, responsible, and capable. Key responsibilities include reading to the kiddos, engaging them in age‑appropriate activities, school pickups, children’s laundry, tidying up kid’s spaces, meal prep, and baby care. The family travels to their vacation home during the summer, so ability to travel is preferred but not required.
