Marketing Specialist

Job Description Advanced Behavioral Health, Inc. is looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist the Marketing Team in supporting the organization's efforts to create, develop, and execute marketing communications material and strategy. Location: Frederick, MD Hours: Full-Time, 40 Hours/Week. Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm are ABH core business hours. ABH is a family centered mental health program that offers a wraparound approach to treatment. We specialize in Psychiatry, Off‑Site Counseling Services, On‑Site therapy, and Therapeutic Mentoring. Essential Functions Assist with updating and maintaining social media presence, including monitoring our Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts. Responsible for creating monthly marketing calendar and social media posts. Monitor Google Business reviews and other platforms for reviews. Draft responses and/or develop appropriate business plans to enhance reviews. Contribute ideas and assist with managing content for company blogs. Assist with planning, writing, and managing marketing campaigns. Responsible for designing flyers, graphics, and other marketing material to promote the organization and organizational events. Assist with planning, promoting, and executing company events. Analyzing, reporting, and leveraging marketing campaigns to promote the organization. Assist with mentoring marketing intern(s). Participate in onboarding of new employees and interns. Tracking progress, deadlines, and priorities of all projects. May be required to assist with other administrative duties to support the organization’s objectives. Qualifications Degree in Marketing/Communications, Public Relations or English preferred. Must be proficient in the various platforms in the social media space; graphic design and have strong knowledge of Canva, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must have meticulous attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet deadlines. Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team‑oriented environment. Ability to communicate professionally and be effective in written and oral communications.
