Relationship Banker

Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with conducting transactions through self‑service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Accurately and efficiently process cash transactions and have in-depth conversations to gain knowledge of users’ financial and life priorities, connecting them to appropriate solutions. Key Responsibilities Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs. Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations. Grow business knowledge and network by partnering with experts in small business, lending, and investments. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively. Drive the client experience. Manage cash responsibilities. Required Qualifications Enthusiastic, highly motivated self‑starter with a strong work ethic and intense focus on results. Desired Qualifications Experience in financial services, knowledge of industry, products and solutions. One year of successful sales experience in a salary plus incentive environment with individual sales goals. Six months of cash handling experience. Bachelor’s Degree or business‑relevant Associate’s Degree (e.g., business management, business administration, finance). Shift and Hours 1st shift (United States of America), 40 hours per week. Location and Flexibility This position is open for the entire market. Training will occur at one financial center, with potential relocation to another location within a reasonable commuting distance of home, as permitted by applicable law. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay: $25.00 - $26.77, based on experience, education, and skill set. Base salary (no incentive eligible).
