Customer Service Specialist

Weston is looking to expand our team for the 26/27 season with a couple of part-time customer service slayers. Job Overview We are looking for motivated individuals to support us seasonally from September - March, with potential for recurring seasonal employment. The ideal candidate will be patient, love solving problems for customers, have worked in a ski/snowboard retail or customer service position, have technical knowledge of backcountry gear (and loves talking about it), and be able to learn quickly and work independently. You will join us on our front line of customer interaction via timely responses to phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries. Additionally, you may also work with our events team, as well as warranty department. The Basics Hours Monday-Friday between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM MST. Can be performed anytime during these hours with a 1-hour per day minimum. Our mantra is: get your work done when it needs to be done and done well. Location Remote. Duration September - March. Commitment 10-20 hours per week, depending on staffing needs. Hours will fluctuate during the season. Wage $20 per hour. Experience / Education None required.
