Position Overview

In this role, you'll troubleshoot customer issues, answer product questions, coordinate spare parts, and help resolve service requests as efficiently as possible. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and problem solver who enjoys helping customers and can remain organized in a fast-paced support environment.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming customer questions, service requests, and technical issues.
• Gather relevant information to accurately identify and troubleshoot reported problems.
• Serve as the first line of technical support , resolving known issues and escalating more complex problems when necessary.
• Work toward strong First Time Fix Rates by providing accurate and efficient solutions.
• Identify and order necessary spare parts for straightforward repairs and service needs.
• Process customer spare-part requests accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the troubleshooting and resolution process.
• Support service teams in resolving customer issues within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs) .
• Collect and document product, service, and customer feedback from the field.
• Maintain accurate customer, product, and service information within CRM and internal systems.
• Help identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and reduce unnecessary support costs.
• Complete required product, process, and systems training.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in technical support, call center operations, customer service, or a related environment.
• Strong verbal, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Excellent active listening and customer-service abilities.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers across a variety of situations and personality types.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize requests, and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable learning technical products, systems, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Experience working with CRM or customer service platforms .
• Strong attention to detail when documenting customer interactions and service information.

Preferred Experience

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• SAP
• Salesforce
• ServiceMax
• CRM and customer service management systems
• Technical products, equipment, or spare-parts support
