We’re Hiring: Front Desk Receptionist – Join The Vitality Center Team!
Are you a friendly, organized, and dependable professional looking to join a growing health and wellness team? The Vitality Center is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our practice.
What You’ll Do:
Greet and check in patients with warmth and professionalism
Answer phones, manage appointments, and support scheduling
Coordinate with practitioners and Chiropractic Assistants
Keep the front area clean, calm, and running smoothly
Support daily administrative operations with accuracy and care
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
Communicates clearly and kindly with patients and staff
Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Is tech-savvy (experience with EHR systems a plus!)
Has excellent time management and attention to detail
Hours & Compensation:
Part-time and full-time positions available
