Maintenance Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Serve as the central coordinator for all warehouse maintenance activities, including equipment repairs, preventive maintenance, and facility improvements. Create, manage, and update maintenance work orders, logs, and documentation to ensure accuracy and accountability. Prioritize maintenance needs based on operational impact, safety requirements, and resource availability. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/contractors to schedule repairs, inspections, and service activities. Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts. Ensure all maintenance work follows OSHA, company safety policies, and regulatory standards. Support continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues, recommending corrective actions, and assisting with equipment lifecycle planning.
