Technical Recruiter (AI & Strategic Builder Hiring - 6-Month Contract)

Requirements 6+ years of recruiting experience (agency and/or in-house) hiring technical talent within enterprise software, cloud, AI, consulting, or professional services organizations Proven success recruiting for complex, customer-facing technical roles such as Solution Architects, Enterprise Architects, Technical Consultants, Professional Services Leaders, AI Consultants, Technical Account Managers, or Customer Success Architects Strong understanding of enterprise technology, cloud platforms, AI/LLM ecosystems, data platforms, and solution architecture functions Demonstrated expertise sourcing and hiring passive talent through advanced sourcing, networking, and competitive intelligence strategies Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while managing multiple priorities Experience with Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Slack, GoodTime, and Google Workspace preferred Ability to work in-office a minimum of 3 days per week
