Location: Highland Hills, OH – Onsite
Employment Type: Part-Time – Less than 24 hours/week
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EDT
Duration: Approximately 4 Months
Pay Rate: $32–$35/hr
Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented professional to support shipping, receiving, inventory management, and equipment deployment activities . The role will also provide light IT support as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle shipping and receiving activities.
- Manage and maintain inventory.
- Pack and unpack equipment and boxes.
- Track shipments and follow up on deliveries.
- Assist with equipment onboarding and deployment.
- Handle client equipment and shipping requests.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments under supervision.
- Provide light IT support as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with shipping and receiving in a mid-sized or large-scale environment.
- Proficiency with shipment tracking software and standard business applications.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel .
- Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Highland Hills, OH on a part-time schedule.
