We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to support shipping and distribution activities for an onsite team in Highland Hills, Ohio. This Long-term Contract opportunity offers a flexible part-time schedule and is well suited for someone who can keep shipments organized, communicate clearly across teams, and manage logistics tasks with accuracy. The role works closely with internal stakeholders to help maintain smooth daily movement of materials while ensuring documentation and coordination remain on track.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate outgoing and incoming shipment activity to help maintain efficient day-to-day logistics operations.
• Prepare, review, and organize shipping records, tracking details, and related documentation with a high level of accuracy.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to schedule deliveries, monitor shipment status, and resolve transportation issues promptly.
• Support distribution processes by maintaining clear communication regarding timelines, priorities, and shipment updates.
• Use Microsoft Office tools to track logistics activity, update records, and generate routine status information as needed.
• Assist with customs-related paperwork and shipping compliance requirements when applicable.
• Identify and address delays, discrepancies, or fulfillment concerns to reduce disruptions in the shipping process.
• Maintain an organized onsite workflow while following company standards for professionalism and operational support.• Prior experience in logistics, shipping, distribution, or transportation coordination.
• Working knowledge of shipment tracking, freight coordination, and general logistics procedures.
• Familiarity with customs documentation or import/export support is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for reporting, communication, and recordkeeping.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a part-time schedule.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with vendors, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Highland Hills, Ohio in an organized office environment.
