Logistics Specialist - Short-term

Logistics Specialist
We are looking for a Logistics Specialist to work an assignment that will last until October or November and hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Responsibilities:
- Participates as necessary to complete daily tasks
- Collaborate with all team members to ensure import shipment departing from our overseas vendors are processed in a timely manner
- Monitors emails, and incoming documents to ensure response time is appropriate
- Update tracking reports to assure duties are complete
- Receive and reply to emails from International Vendors, confirm pricing and quantities, and receive product into our inventory
- Confirm orders and shipping within our system and invoice our customers
- Gather required documents, save them to the appropriate folder, and ensure all required documents are complete and accurate
- Perform other duties as assigned
