Requirements Required Experience: High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills Ability to build professional relationships with partners and internal team members Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, CRM systems, and business communication tools Ability to learn ECG's products, underwriting basics, and partner workflows Demonstrated coachability, accountability, integrity, teamwork, and adaptability Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Preferred Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) One or more years of experience in business development, customer service, account support, financial services, or relationship management Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot Experience with outbound calling, lead qualification, or partner communication Familiarity with commercial finance, small business lending, referral partner models, or B2B sales #J-18808-Ljbffr
