Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and dedication to the client’s requests/needs.
Responds to client phone calls regarding account maintenance and creating document updates and other types of requests.
Maintains calendar for advisor (communicate to clients by phone and/or email to schedule client reviews)
Supports and interfaces with clients during in-person visits.
Process new account and other maintenance documents using AdviceWorks platform (beneficiary updates, add/edit banking information, address updates); determines best mode of contact with client, whether by phone, email or by mail. Determines when to utilize e-signature with clients.
Maintains administrative requirements for Cetera compliance via Pinpoint (correspondence log and other ongoing reporting requirements)
Uses strong communication skills for constructing emails and phone calls with clients and other related professionals.
Monitors and tracks document flow until completion; determines when to consult advisor with complex issues.
Uses problem-solving skills and investigative techniques for client requests.
