Now Hiring: Make Ready Technician | Irving, TX 75039

Pay: $18-$19/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Location: Irving, TX 75039

BG Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Make Ready Technician for an apartment community in Irving, TX. This role is responsible for preparing vacant units for new residents while assisting with general maintenance tasks and work orders throughout the property.

Responsibilities:

• Complete apartment make-readies, including painting, cleaning, repairs, and unit preparation
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and maintenance tasks
• Respond to and complete maintenance work orders in a timely manner
• Inspect units and identify repair or safety concerns
• Maintain supplies, tools, and equipment inventory
• Ensure all work is completed according to company standards and deadlines

Requirements:

• Previous make-ready, apartment maintenance, or general maintenance experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and complete basic repairs independently
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
