• 4 - 5 days per week, Monday - Friday
• Up to 15 patients per day -- outpatient only
• Outpatient clinic setting
• 1:2 call rotation -- outpatient only, fully remote, very light
• 60% hematology, 40% oncology consults
• Fellowship training required
• Ongoing longer-term need
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
