About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Staff Accountant to join our Accounting Department. You will work closely with senior accounting staff and cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:

*Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, including recording, reviewing, and reconciling transactions

*Execute monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures

*Reconcile assigned monthly balance sheet accounts

*Support the preparation of financial statements and related schedules

*Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

*Assist with bank reconciliations and account verification

*Perform variance analyses and investigate discrepancies

*Support audit activities, including gathering documentation and responding to auditor inquiries

*Maintain accounting records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

*Coordinate with other departments to gather financial information and resolve accounting issues

Required Qualifications :

*Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

*1-3 years of accounting experience in corporate and/or public accounting environments

*Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel

*Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)

*Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

*Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills

*Effective written and verbal communication skills

*Ability to work independently and as part of a team

*Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications:

*Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)

*Familiarity with accounting workflow automation tools

*Experience with financial consolidation or multi-entity accounting

*Previous experience in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

*CPA candidate or CPA certification

*Experience with financial reporting software or tools

Compensation: The base pay range for this role is $79,500-$99,500 annually

Pay within this range will be determined in good faith based on job-related

factors, which may include skills, experience, education/training, location,

and internal equity.
