• Salary Range: $35.00 - $51.00
• Pay Information: This role is eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $40,000!

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in delivering personalized nursing care by employing the nursing process, which includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. This position involves collaboration with a diverse team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, to ensure comprehensive care planning and execution. The RN is expected to demonstrate proficiency and operate within the full spectrum of nursing knowledge, adhering to age and population-specific standards relevant to their clinical environment.

The RN will provide care across all stages of preventive health, maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up as patients progress through their healthcare journey. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and coordinating patient care
• Conducting patient assessments
• Providing patient education
• Triage and various nursing interventions

This role must comply with the standards of nursing practice as defined by the Nurse Practice Act and relevant administrative regulations in the state of practice. Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program is required, which may include institutions recognized by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), and the National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
• A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.
• Must possess an unencumbered RN license from the State Board of Nursing in the state where practice occurs, or hold multistate licensure if practicing in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Must obtain and maintain necessary department-specific competencies and certifications.
