• Reason For Coverage: Supplemental • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing • Shift Schedule: 12-hr shifts - 630a-630p (Days); 630p-630a (Night) - 12 shifts/month - 4-5 consecutive shifts preferred • Patient Volume: 10-20• Annual ER Volume: 22,350• Admissions: Yes • 24-hr Support Service: - Anesthesia, General Surgery, Laboratory, OR Response Time, Radiology - Newborn deliveries received in the ED: Yes - L&D department: Yes • Support Staff: - 1 APP (8a-8p) and another APP (10a-10p) - 2 MD working 12 hrs each (630a-630p/630p-630a)• Beds in the Dept: 12• Trauma Level: III • EMR: Cerner
• Required to Supervise APPs: Yes • Temporary Privileges available: Yes • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered Requirements: • Active WI License or IMLC • BC (ABEM)• BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS • ABEM Certification • AHA Certification
