Assistant Club Manager (Future Club Manager) – Beauty & Wellness Develop your leadership skills. Support a team. Prepare to lead your own club. As an Assistant Club Manager, you'll work alongside a Club Manager to help lead the team, drive results, create exceptional guest experiences, and develop the skills needed to eventually lead your own location. This position is designed for individuals who are ready to grow into a Club Manager role. You'll receive hands‑on leadership development, coaching, and real‑world management experience while working alongside experienced leaders who are invested in your success. This isn't a position where you'll sit behind a desk all day. You'll be actively supporting the team, coaching sales performance, building relationships with guests, and learning the leadership skills needed to run a successful club. What You’ll Do Assisting with coaching and developing team members Supporting new hire onboarding and training Helping drive membership growth and guest retention Delivering an exceptional guest experience Leading shifts and supporting daily operations Monitoring performance goals and helping motivate the team Assisting with inventory and operational standards Supporting local marketing and community outreach efforts Helping create a positive, supportive, and accountability‑driven culture Learning the leadership, operational, and business skills needed to become a future Club Manager Who We’re Looking For Have at least 6 months of leadership, supervisory, keyholder, or team lead experience Enjoy coaching and motivating others Are positive, driven, and solution‑oriented Love building relationships with guests and team members Thrive in a fast‑paced environment Take ownership and accountability for your work Have strong communication and organizational skills Are interested in growing into a Club Manager role Are excited about leadership development and career growth Experience in beauty, wellness, retail, fitness, hospitality, or service industries is a plus, but attitude and leadership potential matter most.
