Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions to enhance the customer service application.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce technologies.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
• Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the Salesforce environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Stay updated with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and components.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and customer service processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce Developer certification(s) is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with data migration tools and techniques.
• Understanding of security and compliance best practices in Salesforce.
