Salesforce Marketing Cloud DeveloperJuno Beach, FL OnsiteWe are seeking a skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer with hands-on experience in AMPscript, Journey Builder, and other Marketing Cloud tools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing personalized customer journeys and marketing automation campaigns.Key Responsibilities:Design, build, and execute marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, etc.)Develop dynamic and personalized content using AMPscript and SQL within the Marketing Cloud environment.Configure, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications).Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions.Ensure data integrity, compliance, and proper audience segmentation.Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize for better engagement and conversions.Required Skills & Qualifications:2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.Strong experience with AMPscript, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.Experience working with data extensions, SQL queries, and marketing automation workflows.Minimum 2 Salesforce Certifications (preferably Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Marketing Cloud Developer).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
