Business Development ManagerJoin National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have several labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are hiring a number of key positions within our organization including this Business Development Manager opportunity in Boston, MA. CANDIDATES MUST LIVE IN OR AROUND BOSTON, MA.The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.This is a full-time position featuring employee benefits including: health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance; paid holiday, vacation, and sick time; 401K with company contribution; and tuition reimbursement!Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:New Business AcquisitionOwn all aspects of prospecting and lead generation within the assigned territoryBuild and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, converting leads into new accountsDeliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase NDX's value propositionClose new business deals to meet or exceed revenue targetsCustomer EngagementSpend the majority of time in the field, visiting prospects and customers dailyDevelop and maintain strong relationships with dental professionals, including dentists, office staff, and other decision-makersConduct discovery conversations to identify customer needs and align NDX's services as the ideal solutionCollaboration & OnboardingWork closely with NDX labs to ensure a first-rate onboarding experience for new customersCoordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth account setup, communication, and service deliveryServe as a bridge between new customers and labs to ensure a successful transition and long-term partnershipTerritory ManagementDevelop and execute a strategic territory plan to maximize new business growthTrack and report sales activities, pipeline metrics, and performance against goalsStay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunitiesSkills and Abilities Required:Relentless drive, grit, and determination to win new customers and grow revenueExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport quicklyPast experience tracking customer opportunities in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.comStrategic thinker with strong problem-solving and negotiation skillsHighly motivated, self-sufficient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environmentCollaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiencesMinimum Education and Experience that May be Required:Required: High School Diploma or equivalentPreferred: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceDemonstrated ability to independently manage a territory, prioritize activities, and drive resultsHazardous Materials or Equipment Used:Office EquipmentSmall machinery; Sharp hand-held tools such as a bard parker, buffalo knife, etc.Blood borne pathogensChemicalsPhysical Requirements:Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reachExhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motionsRead and interpret prescriptions and other required documentationAbility to effectively communicate technical informationEducationRequired: High School or Equivalent or better.Preferred: Bachelors or better.Licenses & CertificationsRequired: Valid Driver LicenseEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
