ABOUT THE ROLE

Our destinations are not places where people clock in and take orders. They are places where stories are told and legends are born over shared salads & Hummus and craft cocktails. Our restaurants are where regulars feel like friends & neighbors, and where the person across the table usually leaves having experienced something they didn't expect. The General Manager is the person who makes that possible — every shift, every section, every night.

We're looking for a leader who understands that running a restaurant is an act of giving — to your guests, to your team, and to the neighborhood you operate in. Someone who reads a dining room the way a great server reads a table, who builds a floor team that takes care of each other, and who sees the P&L as the natural outcome of doing the work right.

WHO YOU ARE

• You lead from the floor, not from the office — your team feels you, and so do your guests
• You build people up: you hire well, train deliberately, and grow the next GM out of your current teammates
• You're calm when service is on fire and direct when something needs to change
• You know your numbers — labor, COGS, covers, check averages — and you know what to do about them by Tuesday
• You hold a high bar without making the room feel tense

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the restaurant end-to-end: service, team, P&L, guest experience, neighborhood relationships
• Run a tight, humane schedule that hits labor targets without burning out your best people
• Partner with the chef to execute seamless service and keep the menu, the floor, and the kitchen in sync
• Coach a floor team that delivers the personal touch our guests come back for, even on a 200-cover Saturday
• Manage deliveries, inventory, R&M, and compliance with the same care you'd give a four-top
• Hit budgeted revenue, labor, and prime cost — and know the story behind every variance
• Build a culture that retains the people we've trained and attracts the ones we want next

WHAT YOU BRING

• 1-2 years as a GM (or relevant experience) in full-service dining.
• Comfortable with Toast, reservation & delivery platforms, and reading a weekly P&L without flinching
• Beverage program fluency — wine, cocktails, and the discipline to manage pour cost
• A real track record of developing people: servers you promoted, Captains you grew, GMs who came up under you
• Mediterranean / Middle Eastern cuisine experience is a plus; genuine curiosity is required
• Flexibility across lunch, dinner, and weekend service — and presence during the shifts that matter most
