We are looking for a Restaurant Manager at La Taqueria!

As our Restaurant Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in the day-to-day success of La Taqueria. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Leading, motivating, and supporting a team of employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Overseeing inventory, supplies, and ordering to maintain stock levels.
• Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards.
• Handling scheduling, training, and performance management for team members.
• Addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Monitoring sales and working towards achieving business goals.

We’re searching for someone who brings both experience and enthusiasm to the table. To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a management or leadership role, preferably in a retail or food service environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a variety of responsibilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead a team and connect with customers.
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
• A passion for delivering high-quality service and fostering a positive work environment.
