Job Title: Full-time Sales Specialist Location: Santa Clara, CA Pay Range: $22-$23 What's the Job? Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection based on their needs. Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to overall store performance. Maintain strong product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and visually appealing. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally and efficiently. What's Needed? Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Previous retail sales experience; appliance, jewelry, or technical sales preferred. Effective communication skills and ability to perform product demonstrations. Familiarity with luxury retail and technology sales is a plus.
