Principal Recruitment Consultant – Tenth Revolution Group

Location: Chicago area

Hybrid schedule, at least 2 days a week in office

Are you an experienced Full-Desk Recruitment Consultant (360) with experience in new business development looking to take the next step in your career or change industries?

Due to continued growth, Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our Chicago team. You’ll specialize in the fast-growing and highly in-demand Data & AI market, where average fees are significantly higher than in other tech sectors. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of your desk, build a thriving client base, and establish yourself as a recognized specialist in a high-value market.

Responsibilities

• Managing your own desk – leveraging your sales and negotiation expertise to win new business, while developing and maintaining lasting client relationships.
• Responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, advertising your vacancies, sourcing suitable candidates, and managing the interview and offer process.
• Establishing yourself as an expert within the Data & AI space, becoming a go-to partner for both clients and candidates.

Skills and experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (ideally in Technology but open to other sectors) carrying out business development calls in order to win new business
• Proven billing history within a recruitment business.
• Drive and enthusiasm to be successful, plus a desire to learn a new industry!
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.

Compensation

Compensation Range:

$55,000-$85,000* base salary + uncapped commission

*Base salary is dependent on experience and tenure. Earnings are uncapped and can vary based on performance.
