In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, both directly and indirectly. You will coordinate care by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, effectively communicating the patient's clinical status, and responding promptly and accurately to any changes in their condition or treatment response. You will demonstrate an understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan, ensuring age-appropriate care for the patient population. Additionally, you will promote the nursing profession and professional practice through supportive interactions with colleagues. This position reports to the Clinical Nurse Manager.

• Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program and hold a current nursing license in the State of Connecticut.
• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required upon hire or must be obtained during the introductory orientation period. Ongoing clinical competency must be maintained throughout employment in this role.

• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
