Maintenance Operations Coordinator

Location: Bensalem, PA
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: $25.00 per hour

Maintenance Operations CoordinatorJob Responsibilities
Manage and update maintenance work orders within the Fiix CMMS system
Track preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance activities
Communicate daily maintenance priorities to the maintenance team
Maintain equipment records, maintenance history, and asset information
Schedule and coordinate third-party contractors and service providers
Manage the company uniform program
Research and source replacement parts, equipment, and services
Maintain inventory of spare parts and maintenance supplies
Support mechanics, technicians, and welders as needed
Maintain safety documentation, including LOTO, hot work permits, and training records
Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities
Create and update maintenance procedures and SOPs

Maintenance Operations Coordinator Requirements
Strong computer skills are required
Experience with CMMS software; Fiix experience preferred
Previous experience in maintenance coordination, operations, manufacturing, or facilities support
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
Knowledge of safety procedures and maintenance documentation
Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
