We are looking for an energetic and friendly individual to join our team in beautiful Camas, Washington. Responsibilities
Reach out to community members to help them understand how to protect their families and assets.
Gather necessary information from potential clients to provide accurate and helpful insurance quotes.
Explain complex insurance concepts in plain language that anyone can easily understand.
Manage your own outreach schedule to ensure you are consistently meeting new prospects.
Work closely with our agency team to improve your sales techniques and deepen your knowledge of our offerings.
Maintain accurate digital records of all interactions to ensure our clients receive the best possible follow-up service.
Requirements
Property and Casualty insurance license
Strong comfort level with initiating conversations and connecting with new people.
Basic proficiency with computer software and digital document management.
Reliable transportation for local client meetings in Camas.
Persistence when navigating challenges and a positive outlook toward daily tasks.
