Regional Sales Manager

Regional Sales ManagerSeeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to develop customer relationships, generate new business, and sell industrial process equipment within an assigned territory.This position is responsible for developing and supporting customers within an assigned territory, identifying new sales opportunities, and helping customers select the appropriate equipment for their applications. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with customers, sales representatives, engineering, and internal departments throughout the sales process.Responsibilities include:Communicate with existing customers, prospective customers, and sales representativesDevelop new business opportunities and maintain strong customer relationshipsReview customer applications and recommend appropriate equipment and solutionsPrepare quotations and proposals using the company's computer-based quoting systemRespond to customer inquiries by phone and emailFollow up on quotations, projects, and sales opportunitiesWork with engineering and production teams to ensure customer requirements are properly understoodParticipate in equipment demonstrations, application testing, and customer trials as neededMaintain awareness of active projects and opportunities within the assigned territorySupport customers throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry through order placementQualifications include:Bachelor's degree preferredPrior sales experience, preferably involving industrial equipment, process equipment, manufacturing, or other technical productsStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skillsDemonstrated sales ability and a customer-focused approachMechanical aptitude and the ability to understand technical equipment and applicationsStrong organizational and follow-up skillsComfortable working with computer-based quoting, CRM, and business systemsSelf-motivated and able to work effectively as part of a teamWhat we offer:We offer an excellent long-term career opportunity with an established manufacturer and a collaborative, team-oriented working environment.
