Production Details: Temp-to-Hire position $ 17.00 / hour Full Time work available First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm) Finish Room Associate Manually apply finish and stain Prep and inspect parts Hang and Remove parts from the line Quality inspection Sanding wood parts Sealer sanding Machine Operator Operate various machines and tools May be required to do setup and changeovers Troubleshooting and problem-solving Able to use basic measurement tools Read work orders Product Assembly Product Assembly of complex products Framing wood components Fabricating Upholstering Prep and subassembly work Base assembly Responsible for the quality of the end product May be cross-trained on other general assembly jobs Production Qualifications: Lift overhead up to 50 lbs Regular lifting, maneuvering and positioning of product up to 50 lbs. Must be detail-oriented Able to use handheld power tools with accuracy and precision Requires full shift of standing, walking, bending and lifting Able to read, write and follow instructions, both written and verbal Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment *A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
