Corporate M&A and Private Equity Associate (Mid-Level)Tampa, Florida | Full-time | 4–6 years of experienceGreenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, is seeking a full-time, mid-level Corporate Associate with 4–6 years of experience to join our Corporate M&A and private equity practices in our Tampa, Florida, office. In this role, you will work with private equity sponsors, family offices, portfolio companies, founder-led businesses, and other businesses on buyouts, add-on acquisitions, growth equity investments, recapitalizations, and exits. This is an opportunity to take ownership of workstreams in sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions for domestic and international clients. Our team advises on transactions across industries, including healthcare, technology, professional services, infrastructure, insurance, education, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and financial services, with support from GT’s global platform of transactional and regulatory lawyers and other specialists.This is an opportunity to take ownership of transaction workstreams on sophisticated M&A and private equity transactions for domestic and international clients. Our practice includes buyouts, add-on acquisitions, growth equity investments, recapitalizations, and exits. Our team handles deals across industries including healthcare, technology, professional services, infrastructure, insurance, education, manufacturing, retail, hospitality, and financial services, with support from GT’s global platform of transactional and regulatory lawyers and other specialists.
