Customer Service Specialist - Now Hiring

Drive client satisfaction and customer retention with high-value short-term contracts! We are urgently hiring goal-oriented customer service specialists. Secure immediate contract income and consistent pay by focusing on proactive communication and ensuring clients remain satisfied and engaged with the service or product.

Your responsibilities:

- Conduct scheduled outbound calls and emails to clients for quality assurance checks, onboarding follow-up, or subscription renewal reminders.
- Execute specific strategies to prevent client churn, address dissatisfaction, and build long-term client loyalty.
- Meticulously record detailed interaction summaries, satisfaction scores, and follow-up plans in the crm system.
- Accurately gather and document customer feedback on products or services to contribute to internal quality improvement teams.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling and route qualified leads to the sales team appropriately.

work hours: 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
