Associate Clinical Business Development Executive

PCI Pharma Services seeks an Associate Clinical Business Development Executive to support account management and lead generation for clinical services. The role involves assisting with client relationships, conducting market research, making outbound calls, and managing smaller accounts across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Support lead generation by researching drug development companies and updating Salesforce records
• Conduct outbound calls to CROs, medical device firms, and cell and gene therapy organizations
• Attend client meetings and generate comprehensive meeting minutes within two days
• Assist Business Development Executives with Quarterly Business Review meeting preparation and management
• Manage smaller, less complex client accounts independently

Requirements

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Prior outbound calling experience in any industry
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects independently
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel more than 40% of the time
• Interest in healthcare market and pharmaceutical development
• Excellent verbal communication skills for client interactions

Compensation: $76,000-$85,500 base plus annual performance bonus
