Clinical Business Development Executive (Midwest Territory)

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Clinical Business Development Executive for the Midwest territory to expand sales with existing customers and acquire new business. The role focuses on injectable and oral solid dose CDMO services, requiring market outreach, relationship management, and achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact prospective clients in designated Midwest region via email and telephone
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to increase sales and satisfaction
• Develop and sell additional upstream and downstream services to current customers
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms within established parameters
• Travel to sales meetings, conventions, and tradeshows as directed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or 5-10 years of relevant experience
• Basic mathematical and intermediate computer skills
• Professional fluency in written and verbal communication
• Experience negotiating pricing, contracts, and supply agreements
• Self-motivated, creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Background in packaging, labeling, and manufacturing within CDMO environment
• Proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office Suite preferred
