Our firm is led by an owner with 35 years of public accounting experience and has built a reputation for providing exceptional tax, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and businesses across a wide range of industries.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required.
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience .
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws.
• Experience preparing and reviewing a wide variety of tax returns.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client engagements and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare business tax returns, including:
• • S Corporations (Form 1120-S)
  • C Corporations (Form 1120)
  • Partnerships (Form 1065)
  • Fiduciary and Estate Returns
  • Nonprofit Returns (if applicable)
• Prepare individual income tax returns (Form 1040) with varying levels of complexity.
• Prepare payroll, sales tax, and other compliance filings as needed.
• Perform accounting and bookkeeping services for business clients.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Reconcile bank and balance sheet accounts.
• Assist clients with tax planning and financial reporting.
• Research tax issues and provide practical solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while delivering outstanding service.
