Duties

• Develop and manage sales focused on pipe products, ensuring you meet or exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target clients across various industries, including oil and gas, manufacturing, and infrastructure.
• Cultivate strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities through outbound calls and marketing initiatives.
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, analyze customer data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with others to develop targeted campaigns that enhance product visibility and generate leads.
• Conduct technical sales consultations to explain product specifications, benefits, and applications to clients.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee account management responsibilities by ensuring timely follow-up, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
• Analyze sales metrics regularly to assess performance and identify areas for improvement or expansion.

Skills

• Proven experience in inside sales, or technical sales within the pipe and valve industries.
• Expertise in business development strategies to grow existing accounts and acquire new clients.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-centric approach to foster long-term relationships.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms for tracking sales activities and analyzing data trends.
• Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, sales reports, and customer feedback for strategic decision-making.
• Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to effectively convey technical information and negotiate deals.
