Transformation – OneStream Senior Associate As an OneStream Senior Associate, you’ll perform advisory and implementation services to address business needs throughout client organizations for the OneStream Practice – all with the resources, environment, and support to help you excel. Responsibilities Assist in full life cycle implementations including planning, design, and build phases Document business requirements, system design and transformational goals Configure applications and conduct iterative unit testing Create training materials and quick reference guides to support user adoption Conduct training classes for end users before deployment Provide post-production support Participate in full life cycle implementations Meet or exceed targeted billing hours (utilization) Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, HR, Information Technology, MIS, or related field (Master’s preferred) Minimum 2 years of related work experience in a consulting practice serving cross‑industry clients at a national level Minimum of one complete life cycle implementation of Infor Industry recognized professional certification required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of software development lifecycles, key metrics, and reports Experience with application integration & back‑end data connectivity applications Experience installing/configuring/implementing Infor Applications Exposure to OneStream Cloud Applications Knowledge of OneStream Cloud Applications Proven ability to deliver complex and time‑sensitive projects Strong leadership skills, able to conduct meetings and write technically oriented documents Able to work with clients to understand current state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives Can travel up to 40% Hybrid work model: in‑person attendance required at least two days per week (or three days per week as per partnership) at a GT office or client site Benefits Travel up to 40% Hybrid work model with in‑person attendance required at least two days per week Grant Thornton is an equal‑opportunity employer and is committed to ensuring that all applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
