WHAT YOU'LL DO Own the full P&L -- variable operations, fixed operations, and the financial performance of every department within the store Lead, develop, and hold accountable a leadership team across sales, finance, service, and parts -- building managers who operate with clarity, discipline, and genuine hospitality Drive variable operations excellence -- new car, pre-owned, F&I, and digital retail performance aligned with Swickard and Mercedes-Benz standards Oversee fixed operations -- ensuring the service and parts departments operate at full efficiency, strong absorption, and excellent CSI Own inventory strategy across new and pre-owned -- allocation management, pricing discipline, aging control, and market positioning Protect and strengthen the store's OEM relationship -- maintaining Mercedes-Benz standards, CPO performance, and customer satisfaction benchmarks Build and sustain a store culture rooted in hospitality, accountability, and consistent execution -- where every team member understands the standard and is supported to meet it Serve as the face of Mercedes-Benz of Marin in the community -- representing the store and the brand with integrity and professionalism WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 3+ years of General Manager experience at a franchised dealership -- required Mercedes-Benz or luxury brand GM experience -- required.
