Lead capital projects from evaluation and prioritization through budgeting, Board communication, execution, and post-project review, ensuring disciplined stewardship of Club resources.Long-Range Financial Strategy: Partner with the Board and department leaders to connect operating plans, reserve requirements, dues strategy, and capital investment into an integrated multi-year financial roadmap, including scenario analysis and clear communication of risks, tradeoffs, and funding needs.Candidate Profile:The ideal candidate is an experienced and strategic leader with a proven track record of success in private club management or luxury hospitality. This individual must possess the operational expertise, financial acumen, and interpersonal skills necessary to lead a top-tier club. The successful candidate will be equally comfortable shaping the member experience and leading a rigorous planning process—building credible budgets, developing forecasts, evaluating performance, and guiding thoughtful capital investment.
